Ninja Food is an item that replenishes Energy. When used it restores 12 Energy and expires in 3 days. It can be found by using the Dragon Sailboat to go on Voyages to unlock the Dream Isles. The voyage is entitled Ninja Assassin. While voyaging, the player encounters various ninja threats that slow and deter their progress toward the Dream Isles. One of the "deterrents" is Sushi, which turns out to be Ninja Food. When found, sushi can be shared on the News Feed (retete culinare).
